WOODEN STORY have just launched their Pure Design Contest. A contest purely to create a chance for talented people to appear in the world of design and who often spend years trying to get the chance to do so. Whether it be students, graduates of an art college or not, professional designers or amateurs, the contest is open to everyone.

The only thing that is important, is that their projects are in line with the ethos and philosophy of Wooden Story. The subject of the first edition is “ The Place of the child in public space” and the task is to design integration tables for kids, including children with sensory or motor disabilities, or both.

In a world where we can often forget about the good and where we are often told to live in the present, it is refreshing, inspiring and motivating to find a brand who has the capacity to thrive while giving so much back, every day, with every toy they make… not only to the kids who can play for hours, but to the environment and the world around us.

Entrants can apply HERE by the 20th June before midday. There is no cost involved
