Now, for its 103rd edition, Pitti Bimbo returns to the iconic Fortezza da Basso in Florence on June 24 and 25, 2026, with a fresh new concept, a curated selection of international brands and a renewed focus on what modern families are looking for today.
And yes Lemon Magazine will be there, discovering the collections, meeting the brands and bringing you all the highlights directly from Florence.
This season’s theme is impossible to ignore.
For Summer 2026, Pitti Bimbo transforms into “The Pitti Pool”, an immersive world inspired by sunshine, holidays, water and the carefree energy of childhood summers.
Leading the visual storytelling is Splashy, a playful new character created to guide visitors through installations, events and experiences across the fair.
Following the winter edition’s beloved mascot, Splashy represents the joyful spirit of summer and adds a fun, imaginative layer to the event’s identity.
Think bright colours, poolside references, summer energy and plenty of opportunities for discovery.
This year’s edition will feature more than 100 international brands, showcasing Spring/Summer 2027 collections across fashion, accessories, lifestyle and family-focused design. A significant percentage of exhibitors come from outside Italy, reinforcing the event’s role as a truly international platform.
From elevated beachwear and innovative accessories to sustainable collections and next-generation lifestyle products, Pitti Bimbo continues to function as a global trend observatory for childrenswear.
The New Generation Of Kidswear
One of the most exciting aspects of Pitti Bimbo 103 is its dedication to emerging creativity.
Returning concepts such as The New Edit continue to spotlight contemporary childrenswear brands pushing the industry forward, while new projects including The Cabina will introduce promising labels to buyers and media looking for the next big thing.
In an industry increasingly driven by originality, authenticity and sustainability, these spaces have become some of the most anticipated areas of the fair.
Increasingly, it reflects the broader lifestyle universe surrounding modern families.
This year’s edition will once again welcome projects focused on design, creativity, family living and innovation. International platforms such as The Family Circle, founded by Nadine Jung, continue to strengthen the event’s position as a destination where fashion meets parenting, culture and lifestyle.
It mirrors a major shift within the industry itself.
Today’s parents are looking for more than beautiful products. They are searching for values, stories, functionality and meaningful design.
There is perhaps no better city for this gathering than Florence.
As the birthplace of many of Italy’s most important fashion institutions, Florence offers the perfect blend of heritage and innovation. The historic Fortezza da Basso has become synonymous with Pitti events, welcoming thousands of industry professionals from around the world every season.
At Lemon, we believe children’s fashion is one of the most exciting spaces in the industry right now.
It’s where creativity feels freer. Where sustainability conversations are evolving rapidly. Where lifestyle, design and culture intersect in fresh and unexpected ways.
And that’s exactly why we’ll be there.
Expect exclusive interviews, trend reports, brand discoveries, BTS moments and our favourite finds from the fair floor.
Florence, we’re ready. See you at the pool.
