Now that you have a great excuse to enjoy both of these foods, here is a delicious recipe for avocado and raw cocoa mousse.
1 ripe avocado;
1 dessert spoon of honey;
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth mixture. Leave to cool in the refrigerator. Garnish the mousse as you wish and it’s ready to serve!
