All you need this festive season is a bottle of CAMPARI, BOATYARD GIN & DIPLOMATICO RESERVA RUM. Oh and maybe some vermouth and Prosecco etc but you get the gist!
1. SPRITZ: fill a wine glass full of ice. 1/3 CAMPARI, 1/3 Prosecco 1/3 sparkling water. Mix it through and squeeze quarter of an orange and add a slice too.

2. MILANO-TORINO: fill a tumbler full of ice. 35ml CAMPARI, 35ml vermouth rosso. Mix it through and enjoy with a slice of orange.

3. CAMPARI G&T: fill a ball glass with ice. 25ml CAMPARI, 25ml BOATYARD gin, tonic. Mix well and serve with a wedge of lime .

4. NEGRONI: fill a rocks glass with ice. 25ml CAMPARI, 25 ml BOATYARD gin, 25ml vermouth rosso. Mix well and enjoy with a slice of orange.

5. WHITE LADY: get a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Add 40ml of BOATYARD GIN, 25ml orange liquor of your choice, 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 1/2 egg white. Shake it all up and strain into the glass. Serve with a lemon rind.

6. CUCUMBER GIN AND TONIC: fill a tall glass with ice. Add as much BOATYARD GIN as you like and fill the glass up with cucumber tonic. Serve with a cucumber slices.

7. RUM PUNCH: fill a glass with ice. Add 175ml orange juice, 75ml lime juice, 150ml DIPLOMATICO RESERVA RUM, 50ml sugar syrup, dash of grenadine, dash of angostura bitters. Give it a good mix and add some freshly grated nutmeg and a cherry.

8. DARK AND STORMY: fill a tall glass with ice. Add 60ml of DIPLOMATICO RESERVA RUM, 85ml of ginger beer and half a lime juice. Mix well and serve with a wedge of lime.

9. OLD FASHIONED: fill a tumbler with ice. Add 75ml of DIPLOMATICO RESERVA RUM, 15ml sugar syrup and 5 dashes of angostura bitters. serve with an orange rind and a cherry.

10. PAINKILLER: fill a tumbler with ice. Add 50ml DIPLOMATICO RESERVA RUM, 100ml pineapple juice, 25ml cream of coconut, 25ml orange juice. Give it a good mix and serve with grated nutmeg and a small slice of pineapple.
