ICE CREAM SEASON
ICE CREAMS TO ENJOY WITH THE FAMILY
Ice cream and summer are the perfect match, but the most affordable options are not always the healthiest. The best way to get around this problem is to make ice cream at home, so here we give you two perfect suggestions that promise to delight everyone: kids and adults alike!
Many ice creams on the market are chock-full of refined sugars, hydrogenated fats and a whole series of unhealthy food additives that should make anyone turn up their nose. And even those with the most appealing labels often contain highly artificial ingredients that mask all the sugar and fat. If you make ice cream at home, however, you can choose only the ingredients you want to add, making your ice cream much healthier! And if that wasn’t enough, you can even include the kids in the task and spend some fun moments with the family. Our two proposals here are healthy, delicious and very easy to make!
