Honey & Mini Egg Easter Cookies

Not only are these cupcakes delicious, they also look incredibly stylish (100% Instagrammable) – perfect for afternoon tea. The recipe is incredibly easy to follow too so it’s suitable for families. Simply replace the mini eggs with a different form of chocolate for a year-round staple.
