CANOPEA embarks on a journey of the senses in the south of France for its new SS21 collection.
Setting sail from the woodlands at the foot of the Alps to the shores of the water, the destination is the sun-soaked splendour of the Mediterranean sea.

The SS21 range affirms Canopeaʼs credentials: simple and elegant with a poetic sensitivity. Inspired by the dress codes of the 1930s, Canopeaʼs creative direction is informed by the desire to strike a balance between both the athletic and the aesthetic and comfort with cutting-edge design for a range that is striking and timeless.
New styles for children include anti-UV rash vests: Valentine is adorned with a pretty, ruffled Pierrot collar, while Oscar features a simple and elegant mao neckline. Frilly straps elevate the Thelma swimsuit while babies are certain to be kept safe from the sunʼs rays in Peyo, a romper with sleeves.
New colours include a bold plum, a luminous saffron and an unapologetic limoncello. These hues are contrasted with softer shades of dragée pink and ash blue.

And itʼs not all about the little ones: the womenswear offering thoughtfully echoes the younger styles. Tara, with its frilly straps, is reminiscent of Thelma, while Nelly features the same woven accents as Isée. Away from the water, Canopea launches its first foray into beachwear: a sarong wrap skirt by the name of Estée. Beautifully lightweight, this effortless style comes in two Liberty prints and a white embroidered cotton.
